Alfa Romeo has selected the prestigious Belgian motor show, long a benchmark for the European market, to ring out the old year and look ahead to 2026 with growing ambition.
The spotlight will be on the premiere of the Giulia Quadrifoglio Luna Rossa, a very limited series resulting from the partnership with the Luna Rossa team, flanked by the national launch of the New Tonale, the limited edition Stelvio Quadrifoglio Collezione and the new Junior Sport Speciale.
The stand hosts the BOTTEGAFUORISERIE corner, the new project of automotive excellence that combines the tradition and innovation of the Alfa Romeo and Maserati brands, set out in timeless customised cars, restorations characterised by the highest historical precision, sensory experiences, research into innovative materials and a hub dedicated to performance development.
Alfa Romeo is a leading light at the 102nd Brussels Motor Show in 2026, bringing to the forefront of the international scene its vision of contemporary sportiness. The brand unites harmony and beauty of form, technological innovation and the utmost driving dynamics. On show on the stand in Hall 5 are four models that embody the brand’s most authentic soul: from the exclusive Giulia Quadrifoglio Luna Rossa and the Belgian launch of the New Tonale to the fascinating Stelvio Quadrifoglio Collezione and the new Junior Sport Speciale.
Plus, in the corner of the stand focusing on BOTTEGAFUORISERIE, fans can enjoy an immersive experience to discover the new project of automotive excellence that blends the tradition and innovation of the Alfa Romeo and Maserati brands. The exhibition area is finished off with driving simulators that provide a first-hand experience of the Giulia’s sporty character and the refined space by Alcantara, Alfa Romeo’s historic partner and a Made in Italy brand. Also made by Alcantara, the Tonale and Junior upholstery on display at the show with the highly innovative material of the same name, which incomparably combines sensoriality, aesthetics and functionality.
Santo Ficili, Alfa Romeo CEO, stated: “We are ending the year in terms of commercial performance and new products, and are about to experience a 2026 even richer in passion, audacity and strategic vision. Alfa Romeo is now a truly global brand: we maintain a presence in over 70 countries and are seeing double-digit growth, at +19% worldwide since the beginning of 2025. Europe has sped up to +29%, North America has been confirmed as our second strongest region, while MEA and IAP have risen by +20% and +51% respectively. This growth is driven by a balanced and constantly evolving range, as demonstrated by the compact Junior that has already won almost 60,000 customers worldwide, bringing new energy to the brand. Plus, orders for the Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio will reopen in the first quarter of 2026, to reaffirm the central role of performance and emotion in Alfa Romeo's DNA. And to start the new year with a powerful symbol of our values, we begin 2026 with the Giulia Quadrifoglio Luna Rossa. It celebrates the partnership with the Luna Rossa team, founded on performance, innovation, competitive mentality and its deep roots in the Italian identity.”
The spotlight will therefore be on the world premiere of the Giulia Quadrifoglio Luna Rossa, the new very limited series, with only ten units in the world, that combines Italian excellence, extreme performance and absolute exclusivity. The special series is the first fruit of the partnership between Alfa Romeo and Luna Rossa. Together they will face the challenge of the 38th America's Cup, the most prestigious sailing competition in the world, to be held in Italy for the first time, in the iconic setting of the Bay of Naples. Max Sirena, Luna Rossa CEO, noted: “There is a natural affinity between Luna Rossa and Alfa Romeo: deep-seated roots, Italian tradition, sporting spirit and the constant pursuit of excellence. We even share our distinctive colour, red. Our partnership is rooted in shared values and its value is constantly growing.”
It is the most efficient and radical Quadrifoglio model ever, made possible by a new low-drag aerodynamics package that generates up to five times more load than the production version, ensuring exceptional stability at all speeds: at 300 km/h, it reaches an impressive peak of 140 kg downforce. The leading role is played by the spectacular rear wing with dual profile, supported by two central pylons inspired by the foils of the Luna Rossa AC75. Under the bonnet pulsates the iconic twin-turbo 520-hp 2.9 V6, combined with mechanical self-locking differential. The eyecatcher in the bodywork is the sophisticated iridescent livery, reminiscent of the shades of the Luna Rossa hull. Inside, the Sparco seats stand out, upholstered with textures and graphics inspired by the Personal Flotation Devices (PFDs) used by the boat’s crew, while the dashboard is embellished with original material from Luna Rossa sails. The New Tonale also shines out at the Brussels Motor Show, in its debut on the Belgian market just a few months after its international launch. An evolution of the brand's first C-SUV, the new generation further elevates the sporty character and appeal of a design immediately recognisable as Alfa Romeo. The model on display is the Sport Speciale launch version in Rosso Brera, with black and white Alcantara interiors. Alongside, the fascinating Stelvio Quadrifoglio Collezione, which together with the Giulia Collezione makes up the new global limited edition, with only 63 units on sale, to pay homage to the legendary Quadrifoglio that appeared on a production car for the first time in 1963. The exhibition is rounded off by the Junior Sport Speciale with black livery and in the 100% electric variant with 156 hp, which interprets the model’s dynamic character with distinctive aesthetics, fine materials and specifications with a wealth of segment-leading technology and safety.
Space has also been made for the corner dedicated to BOTTEGAFUORISERIE, the new initiative, recently presented to the international press, that combines the extraordinary tradition and far-sighted visions of Alfa Romeo and Maserati in a one-off where artisanship, technology and meticulous attention to detail are not just values, they are a veritable way of life. In a digital breakthrough for the brand, visitors can scan the dedicated QR code with their smartphones to discover the four souls of BOTTEGAFUORISERIE, where Italy's most iconic creations take shape. It all begins at ‘BOTTEGA’, where unique Alfa Romeo and Maserati cars, few off and one off, are conceived, designed, developed and manufactured.
The next step is “FUORISERIE,” the customisation programme that offers all customers the opportunity to transform their car into a customised model, as an expression of their personality. The third aspect is “Corse,” which promotes innovation in the super sports car sector by combining cutting-edge technologies and Italian engineering excellence. Finally, “La Storia” - as a vision - aims to safeguard both brands’ historical heritage through the restoration and certification of vintage cars and the creation of archives and museums that manifest the extraordinary legacy of the two Italian brands.
Cristiano Fiorio, General Manager at BOTTEGAFUORISERIE: “Italian automotive culture is at its best when creativity, performance and expertise work together. And that’s what happens at BOTTEGAFUORISERIE, where ideas and passion can take a step further. Our mission is to pay homage to Alfa Romeo and Maserati’s historical heritage and to write the next chapter in their history of boldness and authenticity. Performance is an expression of culture. The creation of beauty is an art form.”
