Gowan Auto is part of the Gowan Group of companies.  The Gowan Group is a family-owned holding company controlling many successful trading companies including Gowan Motor Distribution Limited trading as ‘Gowan Auto’, Kitchen Accessories Limited trading as ‘Gowan Home’ and Senator Windows Limited.  For further information see www.gowangroup.ie.

 

This Data Protection Statement applies to Gowan Auto. We are the exclusive importer, and distributor of a number of brands in Ireland including Alfa Romeo, Citroen, DS, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Honda, Jeep, Leapmotor, Opel and Peugeot (the “Car Brands”).

 

Gowan Auto may be referred to as “We”, “Us” and the “Company” in this Data Protection Statement. 

 

In order to provide our services, we need to process Personal Data. We are committed to protecting the rights of individuals in accordance with global data protection legislation including the General Data Protection Regulation in Europe (the “GDPR”).

 

 

“Personal Data” means data which identifies a person or could identify a person, such as their name, contact details and financial data. It applies to Personal Data that we process in connection with your relationship with us as a customer, supplier, partner, dealer, investor, visitor to our website or prospective employee.
