Leapmotor marked the official launch of its new B10 mid-sized SUV in the Irish market, at a press launch in Gowan Auto’s Distribution Centre in Citywest, on Tuesday January 20th, 2026. Arriving on Leapmotor dealer forecourts this month and set to become one of Ireland’s best value electric SUVs, new B10 represents Leapmotor’s step into the all-important C-Segment SUV market in Ireland. Offering phenomenal value at B-Segment SUV prices and with two trims on offer together with two battery options, the new B10 is loaded with equipment as standard and retails from just €32,984, inclusive of SEAI grant and VRT rebate.

With seven strategic Dealer appointments announced in Ireland in late 2025 and already armed with its T03 and C10 models delivering class-leading value for money in the city car and large SUV segments, Ireland’s newest car brand proudly introduced its new B10 model, while setting out its vision and electrified product offensive for 2026 and beyond. Indeed, the B10 newcomer arrives in Ireland just as the brand is celebrating its first historic global sales milestone. Claiming the number one position among NEV start-up brands globally, the brand’s record-breaking performance in 2025 saw more than 800 points of sale established across Europe, registering 35,000 vehicles in Europe and 596,555 vehicles worldwide.
Looking ahead with confidence, Leapmotor is this month showcasing its bold European growth strategy for 2026 at the Brussels Motor Show, with the unveiling of three innovative new models. The B03X compact SUV, the sporty B05 coupé and the range-extended Hybrid EV version of B10 will come to market in 2026 in a clear illustration of the brand’s rapid expansion plans.

Brand Manager at Leapmotor Ireland, Stephen McGrath, commented: “With B10, yet again we’re delivering phenomenal value without compromise – a fully-specified, premium C-Segment SUV at B-Segment SUV pricing. It is a direct challenge to established players in the Irish EV market. Combined with our compact T03 city car and large C10 family SUV, Leapmotor now offers Irish drivers a complete range of EVs that prioritises affordability alongside exceptional levels of standard equipment and safety. Leapmotor’s new product announcements at last week’s Brussels Motor Show provided the perfect stage to showcase the brand’s exciting plans for 2026, which will bring us to 6 model ranges this year covering all of the best-selling passenger car segments in the Irish Market.”
Retailing from €32,984, inclusive of SEAI grant and VRT rebate, for the fully electric entry-level B10 STYLE trim, it sports a 56.2 kWh battery with up to 361km WLTP range. The 67.1 kWh DESIGN trim, offering up to 434 km WLTP range, retails from €35,996 inclusive of grants.
Leapmotor B10 arrives packed with premium features and advanced technology. The STYLE trim features a 1.8m panoramic glass roof with electric sunshade, 18” alloy wheels, a 360° parking camera system, and 17 ADAS safety features. Our DESIGN trim adds eco-leather seats, ambient lighting, heated and ventilated front seats, heated steering wheel and an electric tailgate.

The two battery options support 11 kW AC and 168 kW DC fast charging, enabling 30-80% charge in approximately 20 minutes. Built on the latest generation LEAP 3.5 architecture, B10 features a Snapdragon 8155-powered cockpit, LEAP OS 4.0 Plus 3D customisable interface, and supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Advanced smart connectivity features and full remote control are also available via the Leapmotor mobile app.
Following C10 in 2024, Leapmotor B10 achieved a 5-Star Euro NCAP safety rating for 2025, a class leader in the C-SUV segment.

Since launching in Ireland in October 2025, Gowan Auto set Leapmotor Ireland on a rapid path to launch, appointing an expanding network of trusted retail partners: Bright Airside (Swords, Dublin); Bright Motor Group (Navan Road, Dublin 15); Dan Seaman Motors (Forge Hill, Cork); Fitzpatrick’s Garage (Naas, Co. Kildare); Greenhall Motors (Buttevant, Co. Cork); Joe Norris Motors (Navan, Co. Meath); and Kenny Galway (Tuam Road, Galway).
Launched in late 2025, the compact T03 city car (265km WLTP), retailing from €18,950, and the C10 large family SUV (420km WLTP), from €38,995 for the all-electric version or €45,420 for the range-extended Hybrid EV version (975km WLTP) - all prices inclusive of SEAI grant and VRT rebate - deliver exceptional levels of equipment as standard. Similar to B10, features include a panoramic glass roof, electric seats, adaptive cruise control and seamlessly integrated infotainment systems.

Leapmotor B10 is now available for customer test drives, supported by best-in-class service, across Leapmotor’s nationwide Dealer network. Mirroring T03 and C10, new B10 is backed by a comprehensive 6‑year/unlimited mileage warranty, and is available with 3.9% APR Hire Purchase or PCP finance and free metallic paint (until 31/03/2026), offering Irish drivers true peace of mind and genuine value, without compromise.
