The new Corsa, which recently celebrated its world premiere at the 2023 IAA Mobility in Munich, impresses with its fresh new styling, featuring the characteristic Opel Vizor front face. James Brooks, Opel Ireland Managing Director, said: “The Corsa has been a bestseller across Europe for more than 40 years. With its stunning design, state-of-the-art technologies from higher segments and new, emission-free electric and hybrid technology, we aim to inspire customers even more with our new Corsa. Arriving just in time for the all-important 241-registration plate in Ireland, I have every confidence we will regain share in this still important segment.”

Modern and fun, the level one SC trim, matched to a 1.2 75hp petrol 5-speed manual powertrain, priced from €23,995 plus delivery, will boast the new Opel Vizor front face, rear parking sensors, active lane assist, cruise control with speed limiter, forward collision alert, enhanced traffic sign recognition, driver attention alert, tyre deflation detection, hill start assist, manual air conditioning, DAB radio, 12V power outlet, electric front and rear windows, and rain-sensing windscreen wipers as standard.

The GS level three trim, with 1.2 75hp petrol 5-speed manual powertrain or 1.2 100hp petrol 8-speed automatic retails from €26,595 plus delivery and boasts 17” alloy wheels, LED front fog lights, heated steering wheel, heated front seats, front centre armrest with storage and 2 cup holders, high gloss black b-pillars, and black painted roof as standard.

Customers who prefer to drive electrically and locally emissions-free can soon choose a new option. All-electric, Opel’s second-generation battery with 115 kW/156 hp and up to 405 kilometres range will arrive in Ireland in spring 2024. In addition, the new Corsa will soon become the first Opel with a 48-volt hybrid system. With power units ranging from all-electric to hybrid and highly efficient combustion engines, the new Corsa therefore offers customers an unrivalled choice of drivetrains.

The new Opel Corsa will be available to preview this November in Opel Dealer showrooms. For further information see for details.
