Gowan Auto, backed by 53 years of steadfast motor industry expertise, is a member of the family-owned holding company, the Gowan Group, and the exclusive importer, and distributor of Alfa Romeo, Citroën, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Honda, Jeep, Opel, and Peugeot new passenger cars, light commercial vehicles and spare parts in the Republic of Ireland.
Future-proofing the business to better meet our dealer partners’ sales, parts, technical and aftersales needs, Gowan Auto, united its suite of 9 major car brands, talented teams and expertise under one roof, presenting a new state-of-the-art premises unveiled in the spring of 2023 in Dublin’s Citywest, to include expansive office space, a 80,000sq ft parts warehouse, a contemporary training academy, and an extensive marketing showroom.
To support our strategic vision and ambitions for achieving success, together with our nationwide dealer networks, fleet, lease and car rental partners, and our suppliers, the transformation has been part of our commitment to support our expanded brand portfolio, and to continuously enhance our services to our dealer networks, our end-customers, and the wider auto industry in Ireland.

The Gowan Auto Academy is a best-in-class, contemporary training facility, purpose-built, offering Gowan Auto dealers access to dedicated technical, sales, finance, marketing and digital expertise, to enable in-depth training across all facets of the business, to ensure that we fully support our customers, our brand dealer networks, during changing times. In a rapidly changing motor industry, we aim to fully arm our partners and their teams with the right tools, skills, and knowledge to better equip them in business. The Academy is fully equipped with 6 ramps, 4 specifically dedicated for hands-on technical training, enhanced by 2 classrooms for theory-based learning in all aspects of both sales and aftersales.

Our 80,000 sq. ft. stackable capacity warehouse has 23,000 unique locations to stock the many different parts lines from our nine brands. Serving more than 130 individual Dealers nationwide, each Dealer receives an overnight delivery service, with three daily deliveries for all Dublin Dealers. In a bid to drive our customer satisfaction, a key objective, we aim to deliver the right part, on time, every time.

The impressive Gowan Gallery is a multi-purpose event space that has been designed for our brands to hold conferences and product events, host press launches, photo shoots, dealer meetings, agency briefs, and indeed, to welcome private retail and fleet guests. Beautifully presented and timelessly elegant, it boasts an enormous screen and state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, together with a catering preparation area. The Gowan Gallery is a show-stopper to be proud of.
